At Los Angeles Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our domestically produced garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale goods, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and inventory standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
